We had a wonderful vacation at this 4 bedroom villa in Davenport. Upon arrival we were surprised and very pleased to receive a long distance phone call from the owner who is located in Britain, inquiring if all was to our liking.This home itself combines luxury with comfort and we loved the way the two identical master bedroom suites almost surrounded the heated pool and spa. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and the kitchen was very well appointed with every conceivable utensil. The home's Davenport location was perfect, being just adjacent to Disney and also for our foray 60 miles west to Busch Gardens in Tampa. Shopping, golf and dining out were right around the corner and unlike most vacation homes, this one offers complete backyard and pool privacy as it backs onto a large, beautiful orange grove. The oranges were in full bloom and we picked them each morning for breakfast. We are saving for next year and although we were fortunate to be there for an entire month this year we hope to stay on for six weeks in 2009.

We had an excellent holiday. Your villa was all we had hoped for and more. We found it clean and well maintained and it was tastefully decorated and well furnished throughout. The large open living space and kitchen were great for a family. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the extra TVs in the bedrooms and the cable TV especially as the kids always wanted to watch something different from us! Of great use to us was the free international calls home to the UK. There were plenty of towels which was very useful having children who were in and out of the pool all day. By the way, we loved the peaceful view of the orange groves from the pool area. The utility room was also a godsend being able to use the washer and dryer. In all your home is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there very much. We are yearly visitors to Florida and have stayed in a lot of accommodation of varying quality. Yours was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. I would recommend your villa to friends and would certainly use it again myself.

The property was ideal for a family vacation and even better than we expected. The ability to roll back the patio doors and open through from the lounge to the patio and pool area was a big plus over other villas we have rented in the past. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, so peaceful yet it was simple and quick to reach Disney, restaurants on the 192 and other attractions. It was so easy and pleasure to rent from you and many thanks for taking time from your own vacation in France to call us in Florida to check we had settled in OK . We had an absolutely wonderful time in Orlando made all the better by the quality of your villa it was so much bigger than we had anticipated. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool already nice and warm, we didn’t even bother unpacking before we tried that out! The beds were really comfy and it was great having the washing machine and tumble dryer there - I won’t bother taking so many clothes with me next time we go. Thank you for the phone call to check that everything was ok when you finally managed to catch up with us -it’s a wonderful thought and is really appreciated. We are planning to return to Orlando in couple of years and will definitely look you up to see if the villa is available and will recommend you and the villa to all of my friends, family and my own customers.
