Prices The weekly rate for the villa ranges from £450 - £550 per week depending on the time of the year. The quieter the season the lower the rate.

Payment by bank transfer or cheque.

Deposit of £150 required to hold reservation - balance of booking due 10 weeks before taking the villa.

The pool can be heated for an additional £85 per week / £12.14 daily. Generally required in the cooler months only.

Cleaning is included in the rental of the villa, however, stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning

charge of £55. 

I have an excellent supplier of baby equipment, gas BBQ and many other items to compliment your holiday, please enquire at time of booking.

There is a security deposit of £150 required with final balance - fully refunded following satisfactory check out.

There is a £50 p/wk supplement for 10 guests staying.
